Team SK - Ryan
NAME: Ryan Walden AGE: 23 OCCUPATION: Display Assistance SPORTING HISTORY: I was captain of all three football teams I played for. I've run for Trafford and also was on the school rugby team. Boxing has always been my favorite sport that I love to do more than anything. PERSONAL GOALS AND ULTMATE AMBITION: My personal goals and ultimate ambitions are I want to box for England and win an A.B.B.A title before I turn professional. I want to go professional before I am 27. TITLES: None so far but I will be enter two tournaments this year hopefully I'll get one then. MY WEEKLY TRAINNING PLAN IN SEASON: My weekly plan is to go to the boxing gym 3 nights a week those days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I go to Trafford cosmos weight training facilities on a Saturday. On Tuesday and Thursday I do my own strength session which consists of me doing 5 sets of 40 pressups, 5 sets of 40 dips 5 sets of 20 chin ups and about 400 sit ups MY WEEKLY TRAINING PLAN OFF SEASON: Off season the gyms closes for about two to three weeks so I keep up a few runs just to keep ticking over. When the gym opens we mainly work on technique, movement and just do light sparring mainly just fooling around trying new things out on each other. HIGHLIGHTS AND PROUDEST MOMENT TO DATE: My proudest moments to date is at the beginning of September 2008 I weighted 106 kilos and through hard training and commitment I now weight 81 kilos. MY DIET MOST OF THE YEAR ROUND: My diet is every morning I wake up I have a bowl of porridge or bran flakes. For my dinner I have a bowl of pasta or rice with chicken or tuna mixed together. I have a chicken or steamed fish with salad or vegetables for tea. But after every fight I treat myself for one day eating as much dunk as I can get. BEST BODY PART AND WHY: My best body part has to be either my triceps or my abs. WORST BODY PART AND WHY: my worst body part has to be my biceps because it takes a lot of reach and speed at of your punches. MOST ENJOYABLE EXERCISE: My most enjoyable exercise has to be sparring I just love getting in the ring and trying out new things but other than that I love the pads and doing bag work to. LEAST ENJOYABLE EXERCISE: I don't think I have an enjoyable exercise but if I had to pick it would be skipping. INTEREST/HOBBIES/ FAVOURITE PAST TIME: My hobbies are when I am not training or working is spending all my time with my son called jack spending time with him is the best thing world but spending time with him now is like a workout he's up and down and walking everywhere I also like going out with my girlfriend and my son to places for something to eat. FAVOURITE MEAL: My favorite meal when I am training is a tuna pasta bake but my favorite meal after a fight is a well earned kebab or pizza.
