Thermoshred dramatically elevates your bodys metabolic rate which leads to increased calorie burning and heat production - a process called "thermogenesis ". Increased thermogenesis is critical when attempting to diet to low bodyfat levels. Thermoshred also provides a diuretic effect, resulting in less water retention and more muscular definition.

Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules with an 8oz glass of water 3 times per day approximately 30 to 60 mins before meals. On workout days take one of the servings before your workout.
Consume ten 8oz glasses of water per day.
Do not exceed 3 capsules in a four hour period and/or 9 capsules in 24 hours.
Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
To assess your tolerance follow the chart below:
Day 1 to Day 3 - 1 capsule 3 times per day
Day 4 to Day 7 - 2 capsules 3 times per day
Day 8 and beyond - 3 capsules 3 times per day.

This product may increase core body and/or body surface temperature and may cause upper abdominal discomfort and flushing accompanied by itching.
Consult a doctor before use if you have been treated for or diagnosed with, or have a family history of any medical condition including, but not limited to, cardiovascular or central nervous system problems, diabetes, liver or kidney disease.
Do not use if taking MAO inhibitors, selective serotonin reputake inhibitor ( SSRI )or any other prescription drug or other supplement containing ingredients with a known stimulant effect including but not limited to caffeine, epedring group alkaloids, pseudoephedrine or phenylpropanolamine. One serving ( 3 capsules ) of this product contains about as much caffeine as 3 cups of coffee. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine ie tea, coffee and cola beverages.
