Myoplex Original Recommended Use
For a rich creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 350-450ml of cold water or skimmed milk, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds. Myoplex is ideal anytime of day when you need a protein rich supplemental shake. Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day. Drink an additional 500ml of water for each ½ kg of weight lost during exercise. Consult with a doctor prior to use if you have any medical conditions. Do not use if pregnant of lactating. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use this product as a food supplement only. Do not use for weight reduction. Keep out of reach of children. Use 2 to 3 servings daily
