Directions
Add 2 scoops (approximately 80g) and mix with approximately 400ml of water or skimmed Milk (for a thicker shake use less liquid, for a thinner shake add more). For the best results add liquid first, then powder into one of our shakers or a blender. Once mixed consume immediately. We recommend consuming immediately after exercise for best results.Reviews
