I found this type to be a good quality protein supplement, which tastes good, not as nice as some but still enjoyable. The only problem i had is that it sometimes sticks to the bottom corners of my protein shaker and won't mix properly, but considering its cheaper than others I'll still be purchasing this one for the forseeable future.
