An isotonic drink is one that is in balance with the osmolality of the body fluids, which means that it contains the same amount of carbohydrate and electrolyte particles (such as sodium and potassium) that are found naturally in the body.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, Add one scoop (42.5g) to 500ml of cold water. Drink 250-300ml 3 to 5 minutes before exercise.
After exercise drink 250-500ml.
