Directions
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 5 grams of No Excuses 1 hour before your work-out. Dissolve 5 grams (1,5 spoon) in a glass of water or fruit juice.
We advise to use No Excuses for a period of 6 weeks and then a break of 4 weeks.
