Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, Add 2 scoops to 300-350ml in a hand held shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
Allow to settle for 45 seconds before drinking. Have 2-3 servings daily (including 1 serving 1 hour prior to bed time).
Servings may be halved. Allergen information contains milk protein and soy protein.
