Directions
Suggested Use:
Use 2 servings of synergy-iso-7 daily. Use 1 serving (2 level scoops) as the pre-exercise meal approximately 60-90minutes prior to workout. Use the second serving throughout the day when required or as the vital post-workout meal.
To mix: add 2 scoops of synergy-iso-7 to 300-350mls of ice cold water or 350mls of ice cold milk and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
